Shipping and handling fees are as follows:
Standard (7-10 day average transit time/no guaranteed delivery date): FREE
Transit times are estimates only. Transit times may be prolonged during peak shopping seasons and industry supply chain disruptions.
Please allow 24 hours to process all regular price* orders. We will make every effort to ship all the orders that comes in on our business hours M-F before 12 PM on the same day. Any order received after 12:01 PM, will be processed the next day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.
UPS and EMS no longer offer a money-back guarantee for expedited shipping services. In the event of a delayed delivery caused by the carrier, the shipping fee will not be eligible for a refund.

Tracking information will be updated online one business day after your order has been shipped.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes.
You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility and Vanrk no longer has any responsibility for taking care of the goods from that point.
Orders may be canceled only if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If a cancellation is approved, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
